Located on the first floor of the Fowler Building, the Wylder was a 6-month project from the ground up. Creating an open kitchen design that showcases a double deck pizza oven put the excellent pies with a sourdough crust that comes from a 50-year-old starter center stage. To add in some additional entertainment, seating along the front edge of the prep area allows patrons to see the pizza being made and placed into the oven. With limited space in the back of the house, our team utilized wall shelving and incorporated a pot rack for utensils and prep items to keep areas organized and efficient. The restaurant is simple by nature but functional in all aspects, delivering an intimate experience as the customer intended.
