The Cleaner combines the cleaning power of alkaline detergent builders with surfactants to be highly effective on greasy and baked-on food soils. Alkaline builders saponify fats and greases on grills, stove tops, hoods and counters. The detergents penetrate baked-on soil deposits in ovens. Detergents hold emulsified or saponified soils in solution so they can be easily rinsed off. Recommended only for use on porcelain enamel, iron and stainless steel.
