The door has a dual pane thermal glass window and the interior has a double sided porcelainized baking compartment liner. There is an aluminized steel combustion chamber, a dual inlet blower wheel and 5 chrome plated racks, there are 9 rack positions with a minimum of 15/8 in. spacing. The Oven has dual flow gas system combines direct and indirect heat, an electronic spark ignition control system, a removable dual tube burner and air mixers with adjustable air shutters. The oven has a pressure regulator and manual gas service cut off valve located in front control area, a solid state thermostat with a temperature control range of 200 to 500F.
