The Heavy-Duty half-sized Sheet Pan is constructed of
impact-resistant 3003 H14 aluminum. The concave bottom of
the Pan flattens during heating for the most-even heating
distribution and has an open beading. The Sheet Pan is
excellent for cooking anything from scones and cookies to
chicken and vegetables, and is extremely strong for
commercial use. The bun pan is an essential for any bakery
or restaurant, and reduces the need for oils, parchment
paper and fats to help lower costs and make cleaning easy.
