The Precision Plus Tongs are the perfect tool for creating stunning plating designs. The outside body of the tongs are made with a dual raised cross-hatch grip for added comfort and preventing slippage. The satin finish on the tongs prevents scratches and wear from showing up. To get different angles than the standard tongs can give, offset tongs have been developed in order to achieve a different angle on placing small ingredients.
