The Undercounter Humidified Pizza Holding Cabinet is a great addition to any pizza shop, cafeteria, bar and more. The Cabinet has a unique and versatile tray slide design which allows it to hold up to two 18" pizza boxes per set of slides. Standard shelves are adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of pans, trays, plates and take out boxes. The door has a magnetic closure which eliminates the need for latch hardware and provides a cleaner look. The controls are up front making them easy to read and set while the thermometer continuously reads the cabinet temperature, even without a power source. The patented Humi-Temp heat and humidity system eliminates hot and cold spots by gently circulating hot, moist air throughout the interior of the Cabinet. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior.
