The Twin Mid Line Fresh Water Urn Heat Exchange Brewing System is constructed out of durable type 304, 18-8 stainless steel. The system uses fresh water brewing where the water is heated in a coiled, nickel-plated, copper heat exchange tube inside the urn. As water passes through the heat exchanger coil it is heated to optimum brew temperature. The Urn provides a consistent brew temperature varying less than 5F throughout spray over. There is automatic coffee agitation that thoroughly mixes brewed coffee immediately after spray over is completed. The water compartment automatically refills and reheats as needed. The Urn has a low water cutoff system that protects heating elements from burn out, at start up or in operation. The spray arm is Teflon coated which prevents liming and insures smooth operation. The Urn is fully automatic with push button operation, simply load the brew basket with coffee, align the spray arm over the basket lid hole and press the start button.
