The ER Series Three Battery Free Standing Electric Fryer is constructed with KleenScreen PLUS Filtration has a stainless steel cabinet, a 16 gauge stainless steel fry tank and a set of four 6 in. adjustable legs. The Fryer has a 85 lb capacity, a 1-1/4 in. full port ball type drain valve, 24kW low watt density ribbon style heating elements and twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles. The Fryer has multiple fat melt modes and a high limit control. The Fryer has solid state knob control, accurate temperature control 200F to 390F within +/- 2F and a fast recovery. The Fryer has a built in filtration system that has a drain valve interlock switch that shuts off heating elements when drain valve is open. There is a Boil Out ByPass that easily removes boil out solution from fry tank without contact of drain manifold, filter pan or motor/pump. The filter pan is constructed out of 18 gauge stainless steel. The 1/3 HP motor and pump circulates frying compound at a rate of 8 gallons per minute. There is a stainless steel mesh 2 sided filter screen with a surface area of 270 sq. in., a tank brush and clean out rod as well as a one touch push button switch to engage pump and motor.
