The PoweFry5 Free Standing Gas Kitchen Fryer is constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, four 6 in. adjustable casters, and a Hi-limit shut off. The Fryer is able to maintain idle temperature setting with only 4,251 BTU/hr in order to save energy. There is also an energy saving SoftStart ignition system that extends oil life while requiring lower BTU's and an energy efficient FivePass heat transfer system yielding 66% cooking and 78% thermal efficiency. The Fryer has a 1-1/4 in. full port ball type drain valve, an electronic matchless ignition, a tank brush and clean out rod as well as twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles. The Fryer has solid state analog knob control behind the door with accurate temperature control from 200F to 390F, user selectable fat melt modes and an electronic ignition. The Fryer has a built in filtration system that has a drawn 18 gauge stainless steel filter pan with a 70 lbs frying compound capacity. There is a stainless steel filter screen that filters from 2 sides with a filter area of 270 square inches. A 1/3 horse power motor and pump circulates frying compound at a rate of 8 gallons per minute. Comes with one year limited parts and warranty.
