There is a glazed stone baking surface, separately controlled top and bottom elements and a single point vent exhaust. Easy to operate digital controls for temperature, time and steam. The Oven has an illuminated bake chamber with exterior access to replace light bulbs. The glass loading door opens into the bake chamber.
