food, dispose of it , or warm it (with the optional
ThermoGlo Food Warmer accessory). Built well with an 18
gauge steel body and stainless steel cabinet. Comes with a
set of 4 adjustable casters (two of which are locking) and
features a stainless steel drain top with a removable grease
collector. Compatible with all 85 lb fryers. Comes with a 1
year warranty for parts and labor.
