There are three fixed speeds and a stir speed which all help with reliability and consistency, great for incorporating, blending and mixing ingredients. The Mixer also has shift on the fly controls which allows the speed to be changed while the Mixer is running. The Mixer also has a patented soft start agitation which allows each speed to gently transition into a higher speed, reducing the chances of product spill out.
