The Refrigerated Prep Counter has a sleek stainless steel exterior allowing it to fit in with any decor. The Counter stays cold easily with doors that are insulated with 2 in. of CFC free foamed polyurethane. The doors have a unique stepped design which helps protect the magnetic door gaskets. The doors are also field reversible and are spring assisted self closing, but they also have a stay open feature if needed. The Counter has an enamel coated evaporator coil and a ABS interior liner. There are 2 epoxy coated wire adjustable shelves. The Prep Counter fits 12, 4 in. deep 1/6 size pans. The Counter also comes with a 48 in. x 10 in. polyethylene cutting board.
