The Solstice Fryer System is constructed out of durable
stainless steel. The Fryer has solstice burner technology
which means there is no blower or ceramics. The Fryer also
has a patented self cleaning burner and down draft
protection. This fryer is designed with electric powering,
allowing you to use the fryer if there is no gas line. The
Fryer has a full port drain valve for fast draining. There
are 10 in. adjustable legs and a drain line clean out rod.
