The RB5FS Oil Polishing Filter Bag is designed to capture micron size particles from hot frying oil. Specifically rated for fryers to 50 lb. oil capacity, this filter can be easily rinsed out and used as many as 1000 times. The lifetime cost of one of these filters is half the cost of equivalent paper filters. These filters can also be used while at frying temperatures and will not leech any chemicals into oil.
