Liners 42001 are designed to fit full-size, 2-1/2" and 4",
shallow/medium steam table pans perfectly with the
Contour-Fit Technology. Disposable liners are oven safe up
to 400 F/204 C and even in microwaves, slow cookers,
steamers, coolers and freezers. Helps keep the holding
temperatures an average of 20 F high than in unlined pans.
