Southbend BELTS-30 Tilting Skillet is electrically heated.
The cover is spring assisted and constructed out of
stainless steel with a full width handle, no drip condensate
guide and vent port with swing cover. Pan is hinged to the
front for easy tilting to control the pour and includes a
removable pour lip strainer. Cooking surface is a thick
stainless steel clad plate, designed for even cooking and to
retain heat. Controls include a thermostat with "OFF"
position and temperatures of 160 F to 445 F (71 C - 229 C).
Cuts off at 536 F (280 C). Tilting mechanism is controlled
by an electric motor driven, ball drive actuator.
