The Gas Tilting Skillet has a spring assisted stainless steel cover with a full width handle, a no drip condensate guide and a vent port with swing cover. There is a sloped front and a front hinge for easy tilting pour control and has a removable pour lip strainer. Constructed from 10 gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and a polished interior. The cooking surface is 5/8" thick stainless steel clad plate which helps ensure even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface. The Skillet has a stainless steel pipe frame with adjustable bullet feet and rear legs fitted with flange adjustable feet for securing to the floor. There is an on/off power switch, a solid state thermostat with an off position and a range of 100F-450F.
