The Gas Convection Steamer on Cabinet Base is constructed with type 304 exterior and a fully insulated all welded type 316 stainless steel cooking chamber. The Steamer has a 60 minute timer with a ready pilot and cooking pilot light as well as an audible signal that will sound at the end of the cooking cycle. The steam flow will stop when the door is opened during the cooking cycle but will restart once the door is closed again.
