The Countertop Gas Griddle is constructed with a stainless steel front, vent and sides and the rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. There are reinforced, insulated double wall sides, a 1 in. thick polished rolled steel plate and 5 in. high rear and 4 in. side splash guards. The Griddle has a 3/4 in. rear gas connection and pressure regulator as well as a protected flue opening. There is uniform heat distribution across the surface and each burner is equipped with runner tube.
