The Direct Steam Tri-Leg Kettle has a double wall interior around the lower 2/3 of the Kettle with the bottom having a hemispherical design for superior heat circulation. The Kettle is mounted on stainless steel tubular tri-legs, each with a 4 hole, adjustable, flanged foot to allow it to be secured to the floor. The Kettle is constructed with an all welded satin finish type 304 stainless steel.
