The Direct Steam Tri-Leg Tilting Kettle has a double wall
interior which forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of
the Kettle. The tri-leg mounting frame is constructed out of
durable stainless steel pipe with each leg fitted with a 4
hole adjustable flanged foot for securing to the floor. The
Kettle can tilt forward a full 90 degrees for complete
emptying.
