The Steam Jacketed Tilting Gas Kettle has a double wall interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the Kettle. The jacket enclosure contains factory sealed distilled water, the exterior is fully insulated and the bottom of the Kettle has a hemispherical design for superior heat circulation. The mounting base has four stainless steel tubular legs each fitted with a four hole adjustable foot for securing the unit to the floor. There is a removable operating handle with a high heat proof knob mounted on the right. The Kettle is constructed out of durable type 304 satin finish stainless steel with a solid state thermostat, a power switch temperature light, an ignition light, a low water indicator light, water sight glass, pressure usage and an electronic ignition. The safety features include a low water shut off, burners turn off automatically when the Kettle is tilted, pressure switch and pressure relief valve.
