The Gas Steam Tilting Kettle is a self contained, gas fired, fully insulated steam jacketed kettle. The Kettle has a double wall interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the Kettle. The jacket enclosure contains factory sealed distilled water. The Kettle has a recessed control panel that is located on the front right of the unit, in full view of the operator and easy to use. The Kettle operates at a temperature range of 165F to 275F at 50 psi. The Kettle can tilt past 90 degrees for complete emptying.
