The Convection Countertop Gas Steamer is constructed out of type 304 satin finish stainless steel with the cooking chamber constructed out of one piece all welded type 316 stainless steel with covered corners. The heavy duty door has an inner liner with a full perimeter gasket seal with an outer liner of one piece all welded stainless steel. The door also has a positive lock and seal mechanism with spring release. The Steamer has a 5 pan capacity with removable stainless steel pan supports. There is a three way power switch with on/off/de-lime, a pilot cooking light, a 60 minute electric timer with an audible alarm at the end of the cooking cycle, solid state generator controls and an electronic ignition. The steam flow will shut off when the door is opened and will then start up again once the door is closed.
