The Inset Pump dispenses thick condiments and thicker sauces
from an 11 qt inset in a food table. The Pump is constructed
from durable stainless steel and is ideal for serving
dressings, savory or dessert sauces at ambient, cold or hot
temperatures. A maximum portion of 1 oz per stroke can be
reduced in 1/8 oz.
