Heavy-duty, high strength steel alloy radiant with flavor enhancing grooves and high performance 20,000 BTU cast iron burners for every 6" of width allows the Broiler to cook fast, seal flavor and transfer heat efficiently to chicken, steaks, hamburgers, fish, vegetables and other foods. Unlike cast iron radiant, which are prone to breakage and bending, the Broiler's steel alloy radiant are break-resistant, while the cast iron burners can be repositioned - flat or slanted - to allow for a variety of broiling techniques, making the Broiler extremely reliable and versatile. The grates are also reversible with a thin side and thick side to allow for searing or preparing delicate foods. The Broiler's quality construction is evident with 5" high tapered splash guards, six heavy-duty knob controls, a cool-touch stainless steel bull nose front for safety and comfort, a grease trough and a large capacity stainless steel water pan.
