Any kitchen that fry food needs the Skimmer is a great tool.
Use the Skimmer to remove food, skim the top of cooking
liquids, or to remove excess food particles from the depths
of the fryer. The round basket area is made with tin plated
mesh is 6-1/2" in diameter and the handle is 20" long to
keep hands from burning in hot oil or liquid. Hand wash
only.
