The I5 Convection/Microwave Oven is constructed with a two tone stainless steel front, top, and sides as well as a 304 stainless steel removable grease collection, ergonomic door handle, a rubber seal for surface mounting and side hand grips for lifting. The inside of the Oven is constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a fully insulated cook chamber, a removable rack with dual setting option and top and bottom jetplates. The Oven rapidly cooks food without compromising quality, the I5 Oven maximizes versatility with its large cavity size and ability to cook with most any metal pan. The Oven has integral recirculating catalytic converter for UL listed ventless operation, independently controlled dual motors for vertically recirculated air impingement and a top launched microwave system. There is a stirrer to help ensure even distribution of air and microwave, variable rack positioning and external air filtration. The Oven has a smart menu system capable of storing up to 200 recipes, flash software updates via smart card, and single or multiple temperature interface. The Oven has smart voltage sensor technology, vent catalyst to further limit emissions, and a built in self diagnostics for monitoring oven components and performance.
