The Oven has a cool to touch exterior with all surfaces below 122F, an ergonomic matte chrome door handle and 4 in. adjustable legs. The front of the Oven has a 7 in. capacitive touch screen with tempered glass cover and simple and intuitive touch controls. The outside of the Oven is constructed out of 201/304 stainless steel with a fully welded and insulated cook chamber and a removable rack and lower jetplate. By combining TurboChef's I-series technology with the panini tray, restaurants can rapidly toast, heat, and grill panini sandwiches. Able to withstand back to back cooking, the Oven heats all the way through in minimal time with perfect grill marks every time. The Oven has independently controlled dual motors for vertically recirculated air impingement, top launched microwave system, a stirrer to help ensure even distribution of air and microwave as well as an integral recirculating catalytic converter for UL listed ventless operation. The Oven has external air filtration, a vent catalyst to further limit emissions and odors, and an LED timer that counts down last 30 seconds of cook time. The Oven has a smart menu system that is capable of storing up to 256 recipes, flash firmware updates via USB, single or dual temperature interface, self diagnostics for monitoring oven components and performance and smart voltage sensor technology.
