The Signature Server Hot Food Base has a reinforced 18 gauge 400 series stainless steel unibody that provides extra durability. The top is constructed out of a single piece of 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel. The wells are also constructed out of 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel and insulated with a minimum 1-1/2 in. high density glass fiber insulation for efficient operation. The touch temp programmable control provides individual control for each well. The Hot Food Base has energy efficient 625 watt elements and a drain hose on operator side of base.
