The Signature Server Hot Food Base has a touch temp panel and 5 wells. The entire base is constructed out of corrosion resistant 18 gauge stainless steel with standard black laminate and 300 series stainless steel counters and wells. The Base has heavy duty 4" swivel casters with brakes and there is a 5-1/4" clearance between the floor and the bottom of the unit. The work surface is constructed out of 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel and there are energy efficient 625 watt elements.
