The superior design ensures even heating over the entire cooking surface with fast startup and recovery times. The heavy duty polished cooking surface is great for high heat retention and the griddle plate has been fully welded to the base. The Griddle has 2-1/2" back and sloped side splashes as well as knob guards to protect against accidental changes or damage. There is an internally mounted grease collection pan for a cleaner appearance and easier cleaning and maintenance.
