The Refrigerated Cold Pan Drop-In is constructed out of
durable stainless steel with thick polyurethane foam
insulation. The shoulder is recessed 3" and the display well
is 6-5/8" deep. The Drop-In is best used for a holding
period up to 4 hours and stainless steel containers are
recommended. The cutout dimensions has 7/8" corner radius.
