The Electric Countertop Cheesemelter is constructed with a durable stainless steel top, inside, sides and fasteners. The top, sides and back are all insulated with 1 in. of insulation. There are solid state controls, a fan cooled electrical compartment, an adjustable rack and 4 in. adjustable legs. The Cheesemelter has a master switch in the On position which causes the unit to idle at 25% heat and 100% power On results from placing product on the rack. There is energy efficient snap in heaters for easy installation and an instant On, instant Off even heating and top quartz heaters.
