The Fryer has a 50 lb capacity, a 1-1/4 in. full port ball type drain valve, 17kW low watt density ribbon style heating elements and twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles. The Fryer has multiple fat melt modes, a high limit control and comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty. The Fryer has solid state digital read temperature control with accurate temperature control 200F to 390F within +/-2F.
