Built well and tough, these griddles feature a stainless steel front, sides and front top ledge with a "Cool Bullnose" design, a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate with a 12 gauge stainless steel back and tapered side splashes, and heavy duty chromed thermostat knob guards. The cooking surface consists of one 27,000 BTU/hr "U" shaped aluminized steel burner for ever 12" of griddle width. Each burner has its own snap action thermostat with a temperature range from 200-550 degrees F.
