Holding temperatures can be adjusted up to 190 degrees F using a simple knob actuated electronic control. Ships with 15 pairs of universal tray slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. This cabinet is has both an exterior and interior constructed out of 20 gauge stainless steel, is fully insulated with 1-1/2" in side walls and 2" in top, and features an integrated steel frame for maximum strength.
