The Pacific Rim Dinner Knife has a wonderful mirror finish rim pattern and is composed of 18/10; 18% chromium and 10% nickel. The shine on the Knife will last its lifetime keeping it looking like new. A dinner knife traditionally has a rounded tip and slightly longer blade than the butter knife. It is used for cutting slightly rougher foods such as vegetables and soft meats, and is one of the more common pieces of flatware on the dinner table.
