The Fryer also has a great safety feature in which the thermostat will shut off if the temperature gets too high, a red light will also come on to alert that this has happened. The Fryer has a spring loaded support rod that keeps the elements up when in a raised position. The Fryer also has adjustable 4 in. legs providing for the optimal height.
