The Heavy Duty Char Broiler is natural gas burning and comprised of cast iron burners, radiants and top grates. The top grates are reversible which allows for different score marks, they can also be used in a flat or sloped position. The burners are removable making cleaning easy, they also help provide even heat distribution. Each of the 6 burners also have individual on/off switches and the amazing feature of being individually adjustable for heat and air shutter control for optimized combustion. The stainless steel front panel comes off to allow for easy cleaning and access. The Char Broiler also has a splash guard, removable drip pan and adjustable 4 in. legs. The Char Broiler can easily be converted to LP gas if preferred over natural gas.
