The Oval Tray is constructed out of cast iron and is known
for its high temperature retention which allows for serving
piping hot foods with style. The Tray is a wonderful and
unique addition to any restaurant, cafe or catered event.
Only use silicone, nylon, or wooden tools and always allow
cookware to cool to room temperature before cleaning. Hand
wash only then dry thoroughly.
